There are two reasons. First, we do not want to spray foam a roof that might have serious damage. Our foam lasts up to 50 years and we want to be sure that no other structural roof damage exists before applying our foam product. Secondly, the foam will still require a protective layer to shield it from UV rays. This is a standard application applied by roofing companies.
